In case of breaches of SIS/SISR or other related legislation/regulation, we may charge additional fees up to a maximum of $165.00 GST inclusive, depending on the type of breach and the additional work required. We provide free technical support to rectify the breach where possible to minimize consequences (within the limits of our independence requirements).

EXPENSES: REIMBURSED AT COST
If certificates, extracts, title searches and similar documentation are necessary to perform the audit and are not provided by trustees, we acquire the necessary documents and charge the cost accordingly. Example: Asic extract of corporate trustee: $22.00 – Title search NSW: $44.00; title search WA: $66.00; etc. prices are approximate and must be confirmed. We always inform trustees before proceeding to purchase.
