Breaches identified
In case of breaches of Sis/Sisr or other related legislation/regulation we may charge extra fees up to a maximum of $110.00 inc gst, depending the type of breaches and the additional work needed. We provide free technical support to rectify the breach where possible to minimize consequences (in the limit of our independence requirements).
Expenses: reimbursed at cost
If certificates, extracts, title searches and similar documentation are necessary to perform the audit and are not provided by trustees, we buy the necessary documents and charge the cost. Example: Asic extract of corporate trustee: $15.00 – Title search NSW: $15.00; title search WA: $35.00; etc. prices are approximate and must be confirmed. We always inform trustees before proceeding to purchase.
